Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent. Treatments are not always appropriate with certain medical conditions and sometimes GP's permssion may be requested. Please ensure that the recipient undertstands this condition.
Terms and Conditions
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Vouchers are non refundable.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any price difference between the voucher and a cheaper treatment will be exchanged for cash.
