Reflexology
Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands
that correspond to all the organs and systems of the body and that by applying
pressure to these reflexes you can bring the body back into balance.
A normal Reflexology treatment take approximately 1 hour and a Luxury Reflexology
treatment takes 1 hour 20 minutes. So why don't you refresh and rejuvenate those sore, tired aching feet, because you're worth it.

What happens during a Reflexology treatment?
A reflexology treatment involves gentle pressure being applied
to the feet or hands to stimulate the body's natural healing
power. During the treatment you may feel different sensations
in your feet, sensitivity varies from person to person and from
treatment to treatment. Reflexology sessions tend to be calming
and comforting, it does not tickle since the pressure is firm but
will be adjusted to suit the client.
Fertility and Maternity
Reflexology is beneficial at whatever stage you are at. Whether
this is pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, post natal or if you are receiving
or due to receive IVF. Men or women can benefit from a treatment
for separate reasons, whether this be to regulate the menstrual cycle
or to stimulate to production of sperm. Reflexology will encourage
relaxation which will help to decrease stress and tension, bring the
body back into balance to work to its full potential.
Reflexology and the Elderly
As we age we become more aware of problems with our health, for some
this time is trouble free but for others it is a testing time. Reflexology
can help many conditions including arthiritis, high blood pressure, decrease
or loss of senses like sight or hearing to name a few. It does not
claim to 'cure all' or extend your life but what is does is to
assist in the quality of your life. This could be as simple as
regular bowel movements, improvement in your balance and walking
or enable you to have a day free from pain or a night of peaceful sleep.
Please note I can arrange visits to your Nursing Home or Sheltered
Accommodation. If 2 or more people book a Reflexology session
with appointments following on from each other on the same day

Luxury Reflexology
A luxury reflexology treatment begins with your feet soaking in warm
water to which sea salt or scented oils are added. A gentle foot
scrub is then used to remove any dry rough skin as your feet are
then cleansed and soaked again to remove any excess exfoliant.
A reflexology treatment is then carried out followed by a foot
mask to soothe and soften the skin as you relax and enjoy this
time, just for you. This treatment takes approximately 1 hour
20 minutes and it is a real pamper treatment
Mobile Reflexology
I am now able to carry out treatments either in the comfort of
your own home (reflexology only) or in my own treatment room
in Golborne, Warrington. A mobile reflexology service brings
this wonderful relaxing therapy direct to you. Please note that
if 2 or more Reflexology sessions are booked to follow on from
each other on the same day a discount can be arranged. Please
